Refund & Shipping Policy

At Vana Batana, we take pride in the quality and purity of our raw batana oil. Because our products are natural and personal care items, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of raw batana oil, we do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered. If you receive the correct product that you ordered, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, scent, or texture, as these can vary naturally in raw products.

2. Issues with Delivery (Lost or Damaged Orders)

While we don't offer cash refunds, we want to make sure you get what you paid for! We will happily send a replacement product at no extra cost to you if:

  • Tracking shows the item was lost: Your order never arrived at the destination.

  • The item arrived damaged: The bottle broke or leaked significantly during transit.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If your order was lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date:

  1. Email us at support@vanabatana.com with your Order Number.

  2. If the item is damaged, please include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will ship out your replacement via standard shipping.
